OUR APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

As from week beginning 18/05/2015 Riverside Medical Practice with be introducing slight changes in how our patients can book appointments.

 Every weekday from 08:30 the practice will release patient bookable appointments for:

 1.  An appointment that day – these are to be booked by our patients, who feel that they require to be seen by a Doctor on the day

 2.  An appointment in the next 10 working days – these are to be booked by our patients, who wish to be seen by a Doctor within the next 10 working days

 The practice is making these changes, in an attempt to reduce our level of DNA [Did Not Attend] appointments. 

NB: We run an Appointment Reminder system which automatically sends a TEXT to your Mobile phone, 48hrs before your booked appointment at the practice.

This system also gives you the option of cancelling your appointment via your Mobile phone, if you no longer require the appointment.

However, this system will only operate for you if your correct current mobile number is registered in your GP medical record. Please ensure that our Reception have your current Mobile phone number registered.
