If you’ve been asked to come to the surgery to collect a prescription, sickline, other paperwork or for any other reason, we ask you to try to come from Monday-Friday 11-11.30am or 5-5.30pm.
Allocating these set times mean we can have extra staff in reception to help you at these times only, which allows more of our Reception team to be upstairs in the call room answering patient phone calls at other times.

Please note that we can’t book GP appointments at the front desk, please call us to book an appointment. However if you need an appointment with a nurse or a blood test, please ask our Reception team while in the surgery.
