Getting through to us on the phone

We know that getting through to us on our busy main phone line can be hard at times. We’ve been experiencing incredibly high demand for our services and are pleased to have recruited eight new call handlers since September 2020, to help us to answer the large volume of calls we’ve been receiving and to get you the care you need, in the right place.

We have a number of other activities underway, to help further reduce the time it takes to get through to us.
