A number of times recently our team members haven’t been treated with the respect they deserve, with patients being verbally abusive on the phone and on occasions confronting team members who live locally in person, while they’re not at work.
This is just not right, and we won’t tolerate it.
We know this remains a stressful time for many people, but please remember that our expert team are working as hard as they can, every day, and that we can best help you and our other patients if we all speak to each other in a calm and respectful way.
