You’ll now be sent a registration letter to the email address you entered on the form, with the details you’ll need to set up your Online Patient Services account.
Our team will need to check each individual patient’s identity documents, so it may be up to a week before you receive your registration letter via email.
If we have your mobile number on file, we’ll send you a text message to let you know when Online Patient Services is live and you can begin to book appointments and manage your prescriptions online. If we don’t have your mobile number on file, please add it within Online Patient Services once you set up your account.
