We’re delighted to introduce Sarah Miller, who joined Team Riverside this week. Sarah is a Nurse Practitioner, and joins us from NHS 24.
Sarah will be supporting Chris Gent, our new Clinical Manager, and our Reception team to build our in-house triage capability, so we can better direct patients to the right care, in the right place.
Having Chris and Sarah’s clinical experience in our Reception team means we’ll be able to support patients who need clinical assessment over the phone, but don’t perhaps need to speak to a GP on that day.

We’re pleased to say we’re also currently recruiting more Reception team staff, in addition to the eight new Reception team members who’ve already joined us this year.
